£9.99 Standard Charge
A standard charge of £9.99 applies to all items ordered for delivery
outside of the UK, although occasionally
some areas are charged higher amounts. If this is the case, we will email
and await a reply before we despatch the item.
Please be aware all parcels are sent by a Recorded Mail Service, if an item is to travel overseas we can track them up and until they leave the UK. We are unable to track these items after this point and are unfortunatly not covered by our insurance once they leave the UK. |

We aim to despatch items in under two days and UK recipients can expect to receive there items within 5 days.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you and send an email to confirm as such.

We will always confirm your order by email (Please ensure you submit the correct email address). These do not need a reply unless your goods are not received.

All prices on our website are correct at time of checkout. Prices may be changed at any time.

All of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage. Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure goods are in good condition.
Items ordered but not required may be returned providing that you do so within 7 days of receipt in an unused and fully unopened/packaged condition. Items opened/used etc cannot be returned.
Please note that delivery charges are non refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned. Where an order is placed under special delivery arrangements any delivery charge is non refundable in the event of a return for any reason.

Unfortunately as we use NoChex as our service provider all refunds are minus credit card charges. The average charge is 20 pence + 3%.
