Thank you for sending the bear that we ordered so quickly. It was for my 12 year old daughter to give to her "boyfriend" for Valentine's Day. She was worried that she could not find the one that she wanted as high street shops now have a different range. After finding you on the Utility Warehouse "Find Me The Cheapest" search engine, the problem was solved. Thank you so much. I have always purchased my wife's 'Me to You Bears' from shops. I had trouble finding a specific figurine, until I noticed it on your website. Everything from the initial ordering, through the excellent customer service, and the incredibly quick delivery will be turning me into a regular customer from now on..... first class service.

I have bought several bears this Xmas as my daughter is an avid collector and her little son is buying lots for her as well. They arrive in perfect condition and take very little time to get to me. I am very pleased with the speedy service and the condition the bears arrive in.... ready to be cuddled.

Just wanted to say that I love you guys! The delivery of my order from the UK to the USA was as smooth as butter on toasts. Really fast, and easy to track. Just wanted to say a huge thank you. I hate busy shops and so using the website meant I didn’t have to battle with the crazy Christmas chaos. The website allows you to put things in your basket and keep coming back to it to add before you order meaning nothing and no one is forgotten which I love. Thankyou for the wonderful service, I have made a couple of purchases and they have both arrived very promptly. You have a fantastic arrange of Me to You products I don’t think I have ever seen such a huge range. Thankyou one again I will definitely order from you again. I am a big You to Me fan, my daughter even incorporated them in her wedding theme with the flower girls carrying bears and her having the bride and groom bears at the reception.

Further to the follow-up email I received recently (which I thought was a nice touch), I thought I would write to say that it was a pleasure doing business with Me to You. The bear I ordered for my step-daughter's birthday is very good quality and impossibly cute, I'm sure she will love it. The bear arrived quickly and was well packaged, and it was great to have a tracking number too - though I didn't need to use it, as the item arrived exactly when expected! I will definitely order from here again.
